Ageing Gracefully

August 27, 2017

With the human race living longer than ever before - it's a natural desire to experience a long life on the proviso you're healthy, and ideally - with skin that doesn't necessarily show it!

Jamaican woman, Violet Brown, is currently the oldest living person in the world. At 117 years old, she says the secret to a long life is hard work.

"I was a cane farmer. I would do every work myself."

Now whilst I only make reference to Ms Brown for a bit of trivia fun, I'm fairly confident she would would have certainly had proficient protection from the sun!

But in all seriousness, ageing gracefully is something most of us do aspire to. I'll never forget my favourite lecturer at beauty college, (who must have been at least 60 and looked incredible by the way) telling all the young, eager faces:

"Use anti-ageing products now girls, don't wait. Put it on your face, your décolletage, and don't forget your hands and feet!".

This is exactly why the Dr JW range was born. Its proven technology is designed to offer discerning beauties a complete range of products with ingredients that help prevent, and also improve the signs of ageing.

No-one is immune to it, yet we all have the opportunity to help ourselves, and Dr JW is not only affordable, but I also know that it works. AND they offer free shipping!

Actress Brook Shields, who is now in her 50's, claims her beauty secret has always included a nightly slathering of luscious, creamy, anti-wrinkle cream. I'm sure she's privy to all kinds of wonderful skin treatments, but doesn't she look incredibly natural?

On top of your trusted skin care routine, always remember that healthy eating, regular movement, and a positive mindset will all contribute to a youthful glow.

I absolutely adore this quote from Coco Chanel:

"You can be gorgeous at thirty, charming at 40, and irresistible for the rest of your life".

Stay beautiful,
